Practice Analysis - The Consulting Process Begins

A personalized, hands-on consultation visit designed to assess your specific practice needs and develop a tailor-made annual business plan that will lead to increased success and profitability.

This two-day, in-depth evaluation is Stage 1 in implementing real, positive change in your practice. (See Success Track, below, for more information on Stage 2.) Virginia or Debbie will work with you to identify what is working well, and what needs fine-tuning. Their focus is on you, your practice and your needs. 

For doctors who have ever thought to themselves: "I don't have the time or experience I need to train my staff in effective management skills", this program will begin a whole new chapter of success and productivity in your practice – not to mention lowering the stress caused by an ineffective, outdated (or non-existent!) business plan.

Overview of Day 1:
On day one, we will observe you and your staff in a 'business as usual' environment, using information provided by you in a pre-visit questionnaire to gather relevant knowledge and insight. We will:

  • observe patient flow
  • review patient records
  • observe a new patient exam
  • evaluate common processes and staff responsibilities

Following this observation (approximately 2/3 of the day) will will facilitate a meeting to discuss our findings with you and your staff. 

Overview of Day 2 (with Doctor only, or Doctor and Spouse):
On day two, we will meet with you to review our findings and begin work on your customized Annual Plan. We will analyze your Profit & Loss Statement, forecast expenses for the coming year, and recommend a training curriculum for your staff. The implementation of these recommendations follows in Stage 2: SuccessTrack.
